We wanted to let you know that all the Atlas members have now been moved over to the new Atlas member portal.  This means that, if you haven’t already done so, you’ll need to register so that you can access your pension account.

There’s loads of helpful information on the new portal, and you can use it to:

  • Check the current value of your Atlas pension account and change how it’s invested;
  • Run some calculations to see what your account could be worth when you come to retire;
  • Update your personal details, including your all-important Expression of Wish form that tells us who you’d like to receive any benefits from Atlas if you die.

That last point is really critical. If you haven’t completed an Expression of Wish form please do so because otherwise we don’t know who you would like your money to go to.

We know that when people change jobs they can easily lose touch with their pension scheme – and we don’t want that to happen to you.  Why not take a moment now to check that your details are up to date?  We also recommend that you give us a personal email address, as this is unlikely to change if you leave your current employer.  We’ll only ever use it to contact you about your Atlas pension.

If you haven’t registered yet, you can do so by going to portal.hartlinkonline.co.uk/atlasmastertrust and clicking ‘Register’. You’ll need to have your National Insurance number to hand so we can check it’s you. Some Atlas employers also allow access via their own single sign-on systems.
