Here at Atlas, we're working hard to improve your pension experience!

In 2021 we moved Atlas online services onto a new platform: HOP (Hartlink Online Portal). This is purely a change to your online portal and not the management of your pension. If you try to log onto the old Orbit system you'll be redirected to the new portal.

If you're a current Capita employee, you can access the platform by going to My Apps and selecting the ‘Atlas, Your Capita Pension’ tile. This will take you to your pension without having to register for access.

If you want to access the portal outside Capita systems, you'll need to register for access. Simply go to and follow the steps below.

Step 1

  • Click on the “Register” button

Step 2

  • Enter the displayed captcha security code
  • Choose your new login name, and enter it with along with your new password and security details
  • Enter your contact details and how you wish to receive your PIN
  • To confirm your identity, you will need to provide:
    • Surname (this must match the name we have recorded for you)
    • Gender
    • Date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY)
    • National Insurance number
  • Confirm that you accept the terms and conditions, and click on the “Submit” button

Step 3

  • You will be sent a 6-digit PIN
  • Enter your PIN and click on “Login”

When you register, please add an email address so we can keep you up to date about your pension and save a few trees.
