We heard from the Member Forum attendees that the member portal was improving; however, it was difficult to change contribution rate or opt in or out of the Scheme.
To improve this for you, we’ve amended the portal to allow you to opt in to either contribution level on joining the Scheme (if applicable), and we’re preparing some ‘how to’ guides on auto enrolment and opting in/out. We’ll share these drafts with autumn Member Forum attendees for their feedback before making them available to you.
We also heard that whilst these newsletters are good, they could be shorter and make it clearer where action was required. So we changed the spring newsletter to separate the ‘action’ articles from the information ones. We’ve shortened the newsletter this time around too – so please let us know if you think that this is too short, too long or about right!
