Making retirement easy
For those of you approaching retirement, we know that this is a really important time for you – and that you’ll have to make some big decisions about how you’ll use your pension account. We’ve overhauled the retirement pack – the letters and guide that we send to you, to make them easier to understand and complete. We’ll be contacting you regularly in the run up to your Target Retirement Date – the date you told us you want to retire. If you go through the retirement process in the next few months, we’d love to hear what you think.

At the other end of the spectrum, for those of you who’ve recently joined Atlas (and, hey, those of you who’ve been around a while), we’ve nearly finished a rewrite of our member guide. In the guide, you can find out all about Atlas, how it works, and why it’s important to start saving as soon as you can. We’ll email you when the new guide is online so you can find it and get reading!
Enhancing our website
Following the launch of our website last year, we’ve been enhancing it to make it easier for you to get the information you need. We’re introducing a chatbot, designed to answer your questions and point you in the right direction. It’s being tested at the moment, but will be up and running very soon. We’ve also included an inline glossary – to make it easier to understand some of the more technical pensions jargon. Over the next year, we’re also planning to translate it into different languages. If you’d like your preferred language to feature – let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
